Information collected automatically:

  • Device and software information: Device type, operating system, application version, and notification identifiers
  • Usage information: How you interact with the platform, including features used and actions taken
  • Location data: Geographic coordinates for listings and profile (when provided)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the platform
  • Enable communication between members
  • Display listings, reviews and profiles to other users

  • Determine applicable fees, charge currency and functionality related currencies

  • Review and respond to reports
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:

  • Contract performance: To provide the services you have requested
  • Legitimate interests: For platform security, safety, and improvement
  • Consent: For certain optional features where required
  • Legal obligations: For tax and regulatory compliance

5. Information Sharing

We share your information with:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by our service providers in countries outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

Deleting content you posted

You can delete content you have posted — including listings and reviews — at any time from within the platform. Deleted content enters a 120-day grace period during which it is hidden from other users. After the grace period, the content is permanently removed from our active systems.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time:

  • On the web: Log in, open the menu, find Account page, then press Delete Account and confirm.
  • On mobile: Log in, open Settings, find Delete Account, tap and confirm.

When you delete your account, your profile and listings are removed from public visibility within the platform. A 120-day grace period begins. After the grace period, your account is permanently deleted.

Shared content after deletion

Some content involves other users — for example, conversations, messages, and reviews. To preserve the integrity of other users' records, this content is not deleted along with your account; instead, your identity is detached from it, and it appears as authored by an unknown user. This applies both during the grace period and after permanent deletion.

Legal and safety retention

Where required by law or necessary to prevent abuse or safety incidents, certain data may be retained for longer periods. Residual copies may also remain in backups for a limited time before being overwritten.

8. Promotions and Eligibility Data

When you register, sign in, or take part in a promotion, we may assess your eligibility for plans, listing credits, and promotions. This helps us apply benefits correctly, enforce limits such as one grant per person, and protect these offers from abuse.

What we use

To make these assessments, we may use account and profile details, device and software information, signup and usage patterns, and signals that help us determine whether two accounts are likely operated by the same person. We may combine these signals to recognize a distinct user across accounts.

How decisions are made

Based on this assessment, our systems may automatically grant, deny, withhold, or withdraw a benefit, for example declining a promotion where eligibility is not met or abuse is suspected.

Legal basis

We carry out this processing to perform the offers we provide and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating promotions fairly and preventing abuse. Where you believe an automated decision about a benefit was made in error, you may contact us at [email protected].

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (account deletion available in account settings)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

Legal conditions and exceptions may apply to these rights. To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse requests to exercise these rights.

To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected] or use your account settings.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and secure authentication.

11. Children's Privacy

The platform is intended for users aged 15 and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 15.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) that are necessary for login, security, and remembering your preferences. These cannot be disabled because they are required for the website to function as intended. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will notify you of material changes in an appropriate manner.

14. Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority:

  • Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
  • EU: Your local data protection authority
